If You choose to make an enquiry via email then the following Personal Data will be required in order for us to follow up on your enquiry:

If You become a client You will be emailed Our Contract outlining the further Personal Data which will be collected and processed during your contract with Us.

If You book onto one of our events we will collect the following Personal Data:

  • name of the person making the booking

  • email address of the person making the booking

  • name of the person(s) attending the event

  • email address of the person(s) attending the event

  • dietary requirements of the person(s) attending the event

In addition, We may use photographs or recordings taken during events for promotional purposes. If you do not want your photo taken then please notify Us in advance or on the day.

It is assumed that anyone either booking on to, or enquiring about, our events has an interest in finding out about future events but do tell Us if this is not the case.

If you are making an event booking on behalf of another person please ensure they are aware of the details of this Privacy Policy.

We don’t currently use any third-party services to store or use cookies or similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our website.
